Buying with confidence. w/Kayla
Your first home should feel exciting, not confusing. Here’s exactly how we’ll do it together, one clear step at a time. Send me a text, or schedule a call below
Here’s How It Works
I bought my first home in Minnesota and my second after moving to Denver, and both times I felt lost. So I built the process I wish I’d had: clear steps, honest answers, and zero pressure. Tap each step to see what happens.
-
Every client starts here. It’s a free, no-pressure 15-minute chat where you tell me what you want, what’s worrying you, and your rough timeline. Whether you’re buying next month or a couple of years from now, you’ll walk away knowing your next step.
-
Next, I’ll connect you with one of my lenders. I have a few I have great relationships with, including Sophie Pappas, my go-to lender for first-time buyers. Together we’ll map out your budget, your monthly payment, and the cash you’ll need to close, then get you a real pre-approval. In Denver, you really should have one before you can make an offer. You’re always welcome to use your own lender, too!
-
Our first day out together! We’ll tour 3 to 5 homes in different neighborhoods around the same price point. The goal isn’t to find your house yet. It’s to learn what you love and what you don’t, so the real search is way more focused. I’ll send your tour link the day before, and coffee is on me.
-
Now the real search begins. I’ll send you new listings the moment they hit, including Compass private exclusives you won’t see on Zillow, and tour with you until we find the one. Then I’ll write a competitive offer, handle the negotiating, and send you regular updates all the way to the closing table, so you always know where things stand.
It's Time to Take that First Step.Let’s have a chill, no pressure chat to explore your home needs & goals. Remember, buying a home doesn’t need to be hard or overwhelming. But you do need to have a plan behind it.
Send me a quick email with your goals, and I (not AI, not an auto-reply) will respond to you within a couple hours!
