  • Every seller starts here. We’ll grab a free, no-pressure coffee or phone chat about your timeline, your goals and what you need from this sale. Then I’ll walk your home in person, so my advice is about your house, not a generic checklist.

  • Next, I’ll build a Compass CMA using recent sales, active competition and what buyers are paying in your neighborhood right now. I also walk the competing listings myself, so your price reflects what buyers will actually compare it to. You’ll get an honest number, not just the one that sounds nice.

  • This is where the design side comes in. I’ll tell you which updates are worth it and which aren’t, and connect you with painters, handymen and cleaners I trust. Then we get your home photographed so it looks its absolute best online, because that’s where buyers fall in love first.

  • Instead of one big reveal, Compass lets us launch your home in phases. We can start as a Private Exclusive shared with Compass agents and their buyers, move to Coming Soon to build buzz, then go live on the MLS when interest is at its peak. We’ll pick the mix that fits your home and your timeline.

  • When offers come in, I’ll lay them out side by side, price and terms, so you can choose with confidence. Then I’ll handle the negotiating, inspection and appraisal, and send you regular updates all the way to the closing table, so you always know where things stand.
